Alba Rey (she/her) grew up in an artisan family. She creates her art from melancholic and romantic concepts, often with modern and experimental touches. Obsessed with textures and nature, she tries is to find the love story behind abstract impressions.

 

From a very young age she developed a fascination for painting, poetry and photography. At 19, she moved to London to continue her studies in fashion and pattern making. Meanwhile, she was always painting and trying new things as analog photography and collage. 

 

After years of doing different fashion projects and courses, she decided to focus in tattooing.

 

Currently Alba is based in Berlin, focused principally in tattooing but also practicing other forms of art as experimental  analog photography.
